Event Support

The Event Support team can assist with campus events by making sure buildings are readied for the event.

For events at UNT, we also offer rentals of tables, chairs, trash cans, generators and more. Payments can be made via customer account. Please secure your rental request as soon as possible in the planning stages of the event so we can ensure we have items available for you. We make every effort to keep the fees on this page updated but prices are subject to change.

To rent an item for your event at UNT:

• Fill out a Service Request (find this on our homepage or under the "Request Service" tab) or email work.control@unt.edu
• Please have your account number or your payment form identified because we will need payment prior to the event.

• Please have the date, time, number of items needed, location where the items are to be delievered and date(s) they are to be picked up in your request.

• We also need a contact person and a phone number for that person.
