Key shop location on the north side of Sycamore Hall

The Access Control team makes and issues keys, provides cores for doors and pad locks, provides and repairs locks, installs card readers and provides access, and repairs and replaces door hardware. This team ensures doors are working properly. Their office is located on the north side of Sycamore Hall, see map at right.

For lost residence room keys, If a resident loses a key, the resident should report the loss immediately to the front desk staff. Click here for more information of Housing's policies.

Note: you will need the approval and authorized signature of the person designated to grant access in your area. This may be a leadership team member from your area or it may be a building representative.

Auxiliary Services key or access need

For Auxiliary Services, please fill out the key request form and submit a Service Request with the form attached. These requests must have the signature of one of our authorized staff members, listed below:

  • Craig Zemmin authorized for the Welcome Center & Resident Halls (both Onity & Transact - electronic, card swipe, etc.) 
  • Wendy Denman authorized for the UNT Union 
  • Courtney Burke authorized for the Coliseum and Gateway Center
  • Anthony Hsia authorized for Dining
  • Laura Smith authorized for Center for Fraternity and Sorority Life
