Eagle Post: receiving packages & mail

For letters:

  1. Bring your photo ID (UNT student ID, driver's/state license, passport, etc) to the counter at Eagle Post.
  2. Once your ID is checked, you will sign for the item and given your mail.

For packages:

  1. When your package is delivered, you will receive an email from Eagle Post with a locker code and location.
  2. Head to Eagle Post and make sure you're at the correct parcel locker number.
  3. Scan or enter your code.
  4. Grab your package from the opened locker.
  5. Be sure to close the locker when you're done.

Please note: Eagle Post will receive any mail you require on your behalf, for the security of your packages and dorms - just don't send them your groceries or pizza deliveries!

Eagle Post: sending packages & mail

For letters:

  1. Bring your letter to the counter at Eagle Post.
  2. If you already have an envelope, make sure it is correctly formatted with a sending and receiving address, and has a postage stamp.Envelope correctly addressed
  3. If you do not yet have an envelope, you can purchase envelopes and stamps at the counter. 
  4. After sealing the envelope, drop it in the mailbox located next to the counter.

For packages:

  1. If you have a prepaid packages or box, bring it to the Eagle Post counter; they can tape and label the box for you if needed.
  2. If you do not have a box or envelope, Eagle Post sells a variety of supplies for you to purchase at the counter.
  3. Items being sent must be able to fit through the window at the counter.
