If you know of something that needs maintenance within our campus buildings or grounds,
please send us a Service Request. Once you have filled out the form online, you'll receive updates so that you know
when the work is in progress and when it has been completed. You can also email Work.Control@unt.edu or call 940-565-2700 during our operating hours, M-F 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
For emergency issues after hours or when UNT is closed such as gas smell, water leakage, immediate safety issue at a building, etc., please
call 940-565-2700.
Services provided for all areas of UNT include regular maintenance, such as landscaping
and custodial, and infrastructure support. We also provide additional services to
UNT areas for a fee, such as: event support, vehicle and equipment maintenance, moving
or installation, project management and other special requests. If you're in doubt,

Our Services
Maintenance services include repairs to buildings, landscaping and custodial cleaning
services. Learn more about what our staff does and the standards we have that keep
UNT looking its best.
This area creates and maintains UNT's lock and key system, including building
keying schematics, codes, key cutting, and card access.
New construction, alterations, renovations, repurposing of space, and any infrastructure
changes that need estimates are handled by our Space Planning & Management and Planning,
Design & Construction teams.
Faculty and staff may rent vehicles for certain university functions. All UNT
vehicles can receive service through this area.
This team supports events around campus by making sure buildings or locations
are clean and maintained. We also provide some items, such as tables, for a reasonable
fee.
UNT is dedicated to a robust and responsible recycling program. Crews maintain
the various recycling containers across campus and give guidance to the campus community
about recycling options.
